We have an 'Agatha' website section! find out what the connection is and how you can get involved.
In 2017 we investigated the feasibility of 3 options for a new waiting room and community hub. Contact us for a copy. All options have a cafe, community rooms a toilet and direct access from Brabyns Brow. We are waiting for a decision on a grant application that would allow us to develop our ideas. Contact us if you want to get involved.
We carried out our third annual passenger count in November 2017. Click here for the report.
We also surveyed passengers in July 2017 so we know what improvements people want to see at the station. Making the crossing of Brabyns Brow(outside the station) safer and more convenient came out as a high priority, as did toilets and a café.
See NEWS section for more details.
See our 'history' section for a 1960 picture of a bus at the station - if you can bear the excitement!
We are a friendly community group formed in 2014 to improve and promote Marple station. For more information, ring Pete on 07505 22 1405.
